Ciana Kohler, our Partnerships Director, has been with us for 7 years and counting! Since managing our already well-established Executive Support recruitment arm, she has cast a wide net of contacts across our Nation of both employers and candidates assisting them to ‘find’ each other and works hard to find the right fit.
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy longstanding family founded business, Ciana has learnt from the best and it’s safe to say her drive and ambition has been engrained from the very beginning. Taking everything she has learned over the years. Together with her indigenous partner, Tristan, has launched Mura Pathways specialising in connecting First Nation’s talent with opportunities and developing capabilities by providing specific tailored training, introduction to partnered departments and organisations for long-term successful employment opportunities.
Ciana is keen to learn more through connection and spirit by growing friendships and developing a greater overall understanding of indigenous culture through the many networks that have in turn supported this knowledge.
In-between juggling a busy business, Ciana has a 2-year-old daughter Freya which you’ll find keeps her moving. They enjoy family time, reading, bike riding, swimming at the beach, exploring new outdoor environments and making new connections along the way.
