With Mother’s Day just around the corner (Sunday 8th May), it’s time to start thinking about the perfect gift.  And, contrary to what we all thought, it probably not chocolate!
A rather revealing survey by McCrindle Research* showed that only 3% of women actually wanted chocolate or other consumables as their Mother’s Day present.

So what was the most desired gift, you ask?

26% of mothers surveyed said they wanted something for her personally. Whether it was pampering, hair styling, a massage, nail treatments or beauty products. Next in line was something she could spend on herself, such as cash or a gift voucher.
