The EA Insights Program is a workshop for EAs who want better insight into themselves to understand how they can work more effectively with their Executive, and grow in their role and advance their career through self-reflection, emotional intelligence, empowerment and stepping out of their comfort zone.
The workshop looks into capacity building, learning how to effectively prioritise through many useful tools and resources available and allows EAs to focus on their strengths and weaknesses to help them achieve personal success.
